Trusting within the work one is doing and its significant support toward the greater vision 

~ Insight 

Sometimes it can feel as if our conscious work and effort is showing no success, we may begin to doubt, second guess and loose a sense of purpose within our pursuit.

The Three of Wands is a calling to place one’s sense of purpose within the pursuit, within the journey, within the work that one is doing each day.

This is where the purpose lies. 

Our consistent actions will soon show fruition and progress, successful outcomes will be met with patience and focus devoted to the path. 

However is it important to know, that if one is doing the work, remaining consistent, and trying ~ this is success, within itself.

We are called to trust in the work we are doing now, the effort we are putting in and the devotion we are giving. 

We are asked to think about the bigger picture as we move through this journey, what are the actions that we implement today, supporting for tomorrow?

Keep one's heart open to possibility, potential and where this journey leads. 

The hard work that we implement cultivates realisations of what we are truly capable of, this is all a learning journey, a process, remember to celebrate even seemingly small achievements along the way.

All are as equally important as one another. 

Each foundation of progress, supports the next and supports the overall vision.

Reflect upon your belief of success and how it is currently influencing your path, your well-being and your feelings towards oneself and others. 

Gift yourself the grace to be here for the process, learnings, missteps, evolution and all. 

Release one’s bind to timings, know all will arise when it is called to, for now, simply focus on the progress that is being made today and have faith within its purpose.
