Please note // All creations are handmade one-off statement pieces. Each made with love, care and recycled materials. Because of their handmade and up-cycled charm you may find the occasional perfectly imperfect imperfection but with that comes a whole lot of character, authenticity and soul.
Payment // We accept card payments on this site.
Shipping // Free shipping on all items. Shipped with either UPS, Parcel force or Royal Mail depending on size and weight. 2-5 working days delivery time. Includes tracking number. No international shipments, shipping within the United Kingdom only.
Returns // I place immense effort, love and hard work into all creations that I truly hope you will adore, however if you are unhappy for any reason you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify me directly within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing me at connect@bohypnic.com, stating your name, order number and your reason for return so we can address your concern as swiftly as possible. However if you are buying from this website please keep in mind that I make each item uniquely - so please only buy from this website with care, consideration and a true desire for your purchase as back and fourth shipping is not the most delicate of places for these items to be.
The postage, packaging and condition of the return is your responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. When the order arrives back with me please allow 28 days for payment to be refunded. Until I receive the returns I can not refund the amount.
Sustainability //
Packaging ~ Apart from packaging tape, staples and string I only use/buy recyclable materials for packaging. If I ever use bubble wrap/foam board etc for shipping it has either been re-used from parcels I have received in the past or it has been given to me to re-use and recycle.
Creations ~ I currently buy metal hoops from Dannells, waxed thread from Bluebell Hill Crafts, recycled chiffon silk from Yarnyarn and wool yarn from Stitch & Story. I currently have a selection of different feathers from the Feather Factory UK but will be going directly to naturally shed feathers from bird sanctuarys when I have finished with the ones I have. Occasionally I source a selection of beads from small businesses on Etsy otherwise my materials are sourced from second hand stores/car boot sales/vintage stores.
Changes I plan to make once my current materials have been used up.

~ To buy naturally shed feathers directly from a bird sanctuary
