As a qualified therapeutic counsellor, holistic coach, facilitator and community builder - I believe deeply in the power of the environments we inhabit, the people we surround ourselves with, the work we do within and how this can go on to shape each season of our lives.

My approach through my work and the spaces I facilitate, is held through a psycho-spiritual lens.

Through my own journey with disconnection, I discovered how powerful an intentional community can be for healing and growth. I've experienced directly how the right spaces can completely change the direction of someone’s life.

At the heart of all my work is cultivating supportive spaces for the soul.
