The Three of Cups tells us that heart fulfilling connection is one of the most fundamental, important elements for our well-being, sense of self and overall feeling of satisfaction within life. 

Without a healthy, uplifting and soul-nourishing support system life may start to feel a little grey and empty impacting our motivation, resolve and inner fire. 

This is a calling to surround oneself with our soul people, our chosen family, those who are healthy, restoring, who bring balance to our heart and equally, as we do for them.

And if we don’t feel we have those kinds of connections within our life right now, it is our calling to open the heart and embark upon the pursuit of building these relationships.

We are encouraged to reflect upon what is deeply important to us within our connections, what kind of friendships we want and where or how we could build these within our life. 

It is a calling to join classes, groups, community, new experiences and embrace new people.

Seek the one’s that support our growth, healthy sense of love, and expansion of self. 

We are asked to think about who we want to be, how we want to feel and to surround ourselves with these people,

to shape our experience of life through the depth of connections we hold.

Set the heart free from any connections that simply brew in negativity, gossip and low energy. 

Recognise the connections in one’s life right now that do not truly align with one’s values, that do not support an inner sense of fulfilment or that simply create pain and emotional turmoil. 

Reflect on what the heart needs, what may be missing and if amends or newness is needed. 

Sometimes we are called to rejoice in what we have and sometimes we are called to create new opportunities.

All in all, this is a card of deeply embracing connection. 

You don’t have to travel through this journey alone, cultivate support and love in return.
