The Ten of Swords signals a choice, a choosing within to end the negativity. 

We are called to recognise that the negative spirals of though do not serve the soul or one’s essence. Unhealthy patterns, relationships and outlooks dampen our inner flame, well-being and personal resolve. 

We are encouraged to become truly aware of how the words we say about ourselves, what we think about ourselves and the way we treat ourselves deeply impacts our heart. 

We are called to bring a close to the negativity, towards oneself and within one’s life. We are called to welcome a new phase and encourage a new experience. 

Each motion we evoke with love, each negativity we dismantle within our lives begins to draw us closer and closer towards the sun, towards hope, towards new-found warmth.

This is a call for recovery, a new healing and beginning. One that is grounded with understanding, strength, wisdom of experience and love. 

As pain is gifted the space to pass and we are no longer holding on, we are asked to gather our learnings, lessons and the strengths developed from our past experience. This helps us relate to the past chapter in a new way and support our future path ahead. 

Reflect upon the type of energy, feelings and experience one wants to welcome within this new period of life.

This is fresh start for the heart, the mind, for one’s inner being. 

We are called to encourage healthy choices, actions and thoughts along this new phase. To develop integrity, harmony and self-trust. 

May this process be a sigh of relief as we leave behind the pain and welcome a peaceful, prosperous and balanced heart.

It is a time for making beneficial changes. It is a time for ritual and release, as we honour the past and bless the forthcoming future.
