The Strength card symbolises moving with grace, a calm heart, gentle energy and purity of mind.

A growing clarity within oneself and one’s path. 

It is a deep understanding of self and one’s own gentle power, not needing to force, compare, worry or to look outside of oneself but to rest ease-fully and securely within. 

When we move from heart space ~ truth, honesty and courage prevail.

The Strength card is a mantra, ‘One has the strength and can handle this path with grace’.

Strength is a unity of peace and gentle grit, resilience and trust, adaptability and focus. 

It is a time to utilise this energy, to build and encourage it more deeply within. 

This is not an excessive outer display but a quiet inner knowing.

The strength cards asks us to reflect upon our way of responding to life and heavy emotions, all emotions are a common universal human experience,

yet the difference is what we each choose to do with them, how we choose to process, respond to and channel them. 

Ones strength is found within ones choice. 

This is a calling to move from a place of gentle strength and to believe in oneself. 

The trust that we develop within self is the greatest gift we could give.
