Once we receive your complaint:

  • We will acknowledge it within 30 days

  • We will look into it carefully and keep you updated throughout the process

  • We will share the outcome with you as soon as we are able to

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR).

Please include your name and a description of the information you are looking for, the more detail you can give us, the more efficiently we can help.

Our process

  • We will respond within one calendar month of receiving your request

  • If we need to clarify anything before we can proceed, we will reach out to you, the response clock will pause while we wait for your reply and restart once we hear back

  • We will carry out a thorough search, focused on the data that is relevant to your request
